All employees have higher technical education.

Most of our engineers have 20 years of experience in the assembling, commissioning and maintenance of Process Control Systems for the units of the Oil & Gas industry.

Our engineers have been training at special courses at the factory of equipment manufacturers in the USA , in Canada, in Germany, in Netherlands, in Russia and at JV Tengizchevroil, in Kazakhstan.

They have certificates from the world - leading equipment manufacturers: Siemens , Ametek, Thermo Environmental Instruments , Willowglen, Testo AG.

We have an elite group of specialists with advanced experience in the assembling , commissioning and maintenance of gas chromatographs and gas analyzers (Siemens , Ametek , Termo Environmental Instruments , Yokogava).

Eleven employees of JV Kazanalit Ltd are certified verification officers of measuring instruments.

JV Kazanalit Ltd carries out all requirements of the Republic Kazakhstan, concerning local content. The vast majority of employees are residents of the Republic Kazakhstan. Young Kazakh specialists train on the production base of JV Kazanalit Ltd constantly.
