JV Tengizchevroil

Kazanalit Ltd is Contractor of JV Tengizchevroil since 2000 to the present. For our customer we carry out following works in Tengiz Oil & Gas Complex in Republic of Kazakhstan:

• Maintenance of all on-line analyzers and chromatographs (Simens, Ametek, Endress & Hauser, Panametrics, etc.) on the production site TCO.
• Maintenance of "Thermo Environmental Instruments" Environment Monitoring Stations (EMS).
• Maintenance of Climatroinics weather stations.
• Maintenance of TESTO 350 XL gas analyzers.
• Maintenance of «Gidromet Ltd» instruments.
• Maintenance of SMITH Propane and Butane flow meters.
• Maintenance of ROXAR flow meters.
• Maintenance of LACT Meter.
• Verifications of measuring devices (that are a part of Environment Monitoring Stations), performed by the COMPANY'S Metrology Department representatives.
• Provide metrological certification of instruments.
• Certification and attestation of verification procedures
• Verification of instruments.
• Certification of COMPANY'S metrological specialists in Gosstandart.
• Acquisition of the metrology standard and technical literature.
• Purchase of the standard testing instruments.
• Calibration and verification of tanks.
• Making of instrument measurements.
• Development of a program and schedule for instrument measurements on emission sources (annually) in accordance with the COMPANY'S requirements.
• Making of instruments measurements on emission sources.
• Providing support in commissioning (at the request of the COMPANY On-line Analyzer Maintenance Training for the COMPANY'S employees.

AGIP KCO

Kazanalit Ltd is Contractor of AGIP KCO since 2011 to the present. For our customer we carry out following services, including metrology:

• Carrying out maintenance and testing of all systems and equipment that are part of Air Quality Monitoring Stations: preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance;
• Mandatory Inspection and Testing (according to Republic of Kazakhstan legislation);
• Calibration services and complete diagnostics of the EQUIPMENT (gas analyzers, manifolds, meteo sensors, data loggers, H2S and other pollutants calibrators, calibration gas cylinders etc). This includes any required metrology services for installed instrumentation.;
• Procurement of spare parts and materials, including calibration gas mixtures and associated pressurized cylinders. This includes procurement, associated technical documentation and passports, delivery to the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtaining permit to use in the Republic of Kazakhstan, custom clearance, and delivery to Warehouse facilities.

Kazanalit was including in the AGIP KCO Vendor List in 04.2007 and was including in the NCPOC Vendor List in 11.2007 in following areas of work:
